Return policy

We offer you a one-month beat-the-rain guarantee, giving you the chance to try out the rain cover in all weathers so you can assess its functionality for yourself. If you wish to make use of the guarantee and return purchased products, please make sure that the product is in the same condition as when it was received (no signs of wear or defects and with stickers attached). Returns must be made within 31 days of receiving the product. The shipper is responsible for paying shipping for returned products.

When you return a product

  • Returned products must be returned in the same condition as received (No signs of wear or defects and with labels attached)

  • Shipping is the responsibility of the sender.

  • All returns must be sent within 31 days of the date you received the product. Please send the package with track and trace.

  • When we receive the returned package, we will refund the amount to the credit card used for payment - this takes between 5 - 14 working days.

  • Please note that some local banks may take longer to process your refund.

Return of products and right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your purchase without giving reasons for 14 days after the purchase. If you have purchased several products in one order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some or all of the products. Your right to cancel expires 14 days after you or a third party (not the carrier) notifies us that you have received the product. 

If you have ordered several products and we cannot deliver all the products at the same time, your right to cancel the order will start on the date you or a third party (not the carrier) have notified us that you have received the last product. If the right to cancel the order lands on a public holiday, then the right will be extended to the next business day. 

How to exercise your right to cancel your purchase

To exercise your right to cancel the order, please write an email stating that you choose to exercise your right to cancel the purchase and send it to info@noraincopenhagen.com.The email must include the order number and products returned. 

You may not cancel or refuse to accept an order or refrain from collecting the order without having simultaneously sent an e-mail stating that you are exercising your right to cancel the order to info@noraincopenhagen.com. 

Your cancellation is valid as long as you send the email before the deadline.  

Return and related costs

If you have chosen to cancel your purchase, you must return the product to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your cancellation of the purchase. The deadline will be met if you return the product before the 14 days have expired.

Your return package must also include a copy of the order confirmation, invoice or other documentation of your purchase. 

You pay for the return postage. You are personally responsible for the products until we receive the package. Therefore, we encourage you to keep the shipping receipts, as well as the tracking number until we receive the package. 

Refund of cancelled purchase

When you cancel a purchase, we will refund the amount according to the price of the refunded product - you will not be refunded the shipping.

We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event before 14 days after we have received notification of cancellation of the purchase. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until we have received documentation proving that the products have been returned. 

We will refund your money through the same payment method that was used in the original transaction. Under no circumstances will you have to pay any fees as part of the refund. 

Testing of products and opening packaging

You are responsible for any deterioration in the value of the product that results from handling the product beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.  

You have the right to examine and try the product normally as you would in shops, and you may try it out in the rain to test its functionality. If you have tried or used the product in any way that results in us not being able to sell the product at full price, then you can expect us to offset the decrease in value of the product against the amount to be refunded. If the product no longer has any sale value, then you will not receive a refund. 

All products must be returned in their original packaging. You must ensure that the product is properly packaged when it is returned. You are personally responsible for the products until we receive them. Therefore, you should keep all receipts related with the shipment of the return package as well as the track and trace number.

Complaints - if there is something wrong with your product

As a customer, you have the right to complain for 24 months. This means that if a product is defective and you complain immediately, you have the right to have the product repaired or replaced. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable period of time, then you may get a refund or a price reduction, depending on the circumstances.

For example, a defect could be a fault in the production, the materials or incorrect information about the product. Normal wear and tear and damage caused by you is not a defect. If you discover a defect, you must make a complaint within a reasonable time. We recommend that you file the complaint as soon as possible, especially if the damage occurred during delivery.

If you file the complaint up to 2 months after discovering the defect, this is considered reasonable time. If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse common shipping methods (PostnoRd, GLS, UPS, FedEX, etc.). If you believe the product is defective, please provide a detailed description of the defect.

Remember that all returned products must always be properly wrapped and that you must keep your receipt from the shipment. Save receipts, as well as information about the track and trace number.

Formula complaint solution 

If you wish to submit a formal complaint to the authorities related to a product purchased from us, you can submit a complaint to: Centre for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. In addition, you can also submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution through the following link: www.forbrug.dk

The European Commission's online complaints portal can also be used to lodge a complaint. This is particularly relevant for buyers located elsewhere in Europe.

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products from www.Noraincopenhagen.com. The right to cancel the order applies only to private consumers shopping on www.Noraincopenhagen.com.

 

Payment and delivery

We accept credit cards, Apple Pay and Paypal as forms of payment.

The amount will only be deducted once the order is confirmed.

Prices are in DKK. You must select your desired delivery method during check out. ALKYMI ApS reserves the right to printing errors, price errors, VAT and tax changes. 

Receipt and order confirmation

Once you have ordered something from us, you will receive a receipt (order confirmation) on your email confirming that we have received your order. This means that you have entered into a binding purchase agreement with us.

Shipping prices (Denmark) 

Shipping is done with Dao or Postnord and you can choose where you want your order shipped to - prices start at 41 DKK. Normally, it takes 1-2 handling days before the package is shipped. Delivery time in Denmark is usually between 1 - 3 working days. This means that a package in Denmark usually takes 2-5 before it arrives. All our packages are sent with track and trace. 

Shipping rates (International) 

Shipping is done with PostNord Int and you get to choose where you want your order shipped to - prices start at 90 DKK. Normally, it takes 1-2 handling days before the package is shipped. Delivery time is usually between 3 - 7 business days, depending on the destination. This means that an international package usually takes somewhere between 4 - 9 days before it arrives. All our parcels are sent with track and trace.
